STUDENT CONTINGENCY PLAN

TRAINER ILLNESS / UNFORESEEN DELAY

If the Head Trainer falls sick or a session is postponed:

SCAP will immediately notify all students.

Revised dates will be shared within 24 hours.

Outstation students are expected to factor in flexibility of 1-2 extra days in their travel plan.

RESCHEDULING WINDOW

If an entire module needs to be shifted (rare), SCAP will:

Announce revised module dates at least 7 days in advance (where possible).

Provide students the option to attend the rescheduled module in the next available batch at no additional tuition cost.

NO REFUNDS POLICY

Since trainer-led programs are resource-intensive, course fees are non-refundable. However, SCAP ensures completion guarantee: every student who enrolls will be given the opportunity to finish their missed module.

STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY

Outstation students should:

Plan travel with at least a 1 - 2 day buffer around module dates.

Book flexible travel and accommodation options where possible.

Inform SCAP admin of their travel dates in advance for coordination.

SCAP COMMITMENT

SCAP will make every effort to minimize disruption and ensure training continuity.

If unavoidable delays occur, students will not lose their training hours - the sessions will be completed in a future batch.

SCAP will reschedule if the trainer is sick.

Students must plan with a buffer and flexibility.

If someone truly cannot stay, they can carry forward to next batch (no extra tuition fees, but travel is their responsibility).

BE THE CHANGE.
